ForeverMe SensPod

Aromatherapy

The fastest sense, used carefully.

Scent reaches the emotional centres of the brain more directly than any other sense. That makes it powerful in a regulation space — and it is exactly why it needs the most careful handling of anything in the pod.

How the smell box works

A recessed box in the console holds three labelled sachets — the three core blends. The wider ForeverMe range runs to five, adding I Belong and I'm Brave. The person chooses one, or none. Scent is released passively — there is no atomiser, no heat and no aerosol — so the intensity stays low and stops when the sachet is returned. TouchPad can prompt a scent as part of a guided sequence, but it never releases one on its own.

Three scents

Each one is for a different state, not a different mood.

Happy Day

Lifting a flat or withdrawn state

Lemon, sweet orange and spearmint. Used at arrival, after a difficult morning, or with someone who has gone quiet rather than loud.

Focus Easy

Settling into task

Lemon, spearmint and lavender. Paired with a focus timer on TouchPad — most often used before independent work or an assessment.

Breathe Calm

Coming down after a big feeling

Lavender, geranium and sandalwood. The recovery scent — used alongside a guided breathing exercise rather than on its own.

Before you put scent in a shared space

This is the part most suppliers skip. Please do not.

  • Check for allergies and asthma firstScent in a shared setting needs the same screening as any other environmental change. Ask before installation, not after the first reaction.
  • Scent is always optionalNo sequence requires it. A pod with the smell box left empty is still a fully working pod.
  • Ventilation runs continuouslyThe pod is ventilated whether or not a sachet is in use, so scent does not accumulate between sessions.
  • One scent at a timeSachets are stored closed and used singly. Mixing them is not a feature.
  • Out of reach where it needs to beIn early-years and special-education settings, specify the console configuration that keeps sachets under adult control.
Replacement and shelf life Sachets are consumable and are replaced on a schedule rather than when they stop smelling — perceived intensity drops long before the sachet is spent, because the nose adapts. Replacement interval and reorder process: —.
