Before it arrives: the five questions
Facilities teams ask us these in the same order every time. Have the answers ready and an installation is a morning, not a project.
Ceiling height
Every model stands 88 inches (223.5 cm). Measure to the lowest obstruction in the room — a bulkhead, a sprinkler head, a duct or a light fitting — not to the slab.
The delivery route
Door widths, corridor turns, lift car dimensions and any thresholds between the loading point and the room. Send us the tightest measurement on the route and we will confirm the fit.
Floor and footprint
A level floor and the footprint from the table above, plus clearance for the door swing and for ventilation at the rear. Note the floor covering and the structure beneath it.
Power
The position of the nearest outlet relative to where the pod will stand, and whether the circuit is shared. Lighting, ventilation and TouchPad all run from it.
Who signs off
Facilities, health and safety, and — where fire suppression is involved — the authority having jurisdiction. Knowing this early is what protects a delivery date.

The range runs from FM Selfi — the single-person pod, at the lower end — up to FM Team, the largest model, sized for four people or more and fully specified. The five models in between land between those two figures according to size and configuration.
Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes, freight and installation. These are planning figures to budget against; the exact price for a specific pod in a specific room is confirmed by written quotation.
What shapes the price
We quote per configuration rather than publish a list price, because six things move the number. Here they are, so you can scope a budget before you call.

Model
Seven footprints, from the single-person FM Selfi to the FM Team. Size is the largest single factor.

Sensory world
Five printed interiors — Nature, Aqua, Space, Harmony and Balance. The choice is yours; the print run is not free.

Sensory features and options
Lighting, scent, sound, TouchPad and the sensory tool set — specified per room, not bundled.

Furniture and fit-out
Seating scaled to the age group, a fixed or height-adjustable worktop, soft or hard finishes.

Fire-safety configuration
Building-sprinkler connection or a stand-alone suppression system, depending on your jurisdiction.

Delivery, installation and training
Site distance, access, install labour, and the implementation training that comes with the pod.
Multi-unit and district-wide programmes are priced differently from a single pod. If you are scoping more than one room, say so in your first message — it changes the answer.

Ongoing cost
The TouchPad Service Plan: CA$45 a month.
One recurring line item, not a variable. The TouchPad is a connected system, so it needs ongoing care in the way any device receiving updates and support does — and the price is locked at CA$45 a month through December 2028, with no increase before then.

24/7 support
Wi-Fi changes, a setting needs adjusting, a question at the wrong hour. The plan includes access to our support team for guidance, troubleshooting and remote assistance.

Software and content updates, over the air
Refined usability, new sensory content and system improvements arrive automatically. The pod stays current without buying new hardware.

Security and stability
A connected device has to stay secure. The plan covers the ongoing maintenance and essential updates that keep the TouchPad stable and protected.

Usage reports
When and how often the pod is used, when the peaks fall, and where adoption could improve — including whether a pod is underused and would serve more people elsewhere in the building.

Extended warranty and replacement cover
While the plan is active, a covered component that fails under normal use is eligible for repair or replacement under the plan terms.
If the plan lapses
Worth knowing before you sign rather than after. Without an active Service Plan the pod still works in basic offline mode, but the TouchPad stops being a supported connected system:
- Connected features are suspended
- Cloud services and reporting are disabled
- Software updates stop, including security updates
- 24/7 support access ends
- Extended warranty and replacement benefits are void
The system freezes at its last updated state. Nothing is deleted, and reactivating the plan restores the connected experience.
