Before it arrives: the five questions
Facilities teams ask us these in the same order every time. Have the answers ready and an installation is a morning, not a project.
Ceiling height
Every model stands 88 inches (223.5 cm). Measure to the lowest obstruction in the room — a bulkhead, a sprinkler head, a duct or a light fitting — not to the slab.
The delivery route
Door widths, corridor turns, lift car dimensions and any thresholds between the loading point and the room. Send us the tightest measurement on the route and we will confirm the fit.
Floor and footprint
A level floor and the footprint from the table above, plus clearance for the door swing and for ventilation at the rear. Note the floor covering and the structure beneath it.
Power
The position of the nearest outlet relative to where the pod will stand, and whether the circuit is shared. Lighting, ventilation and TouchPad all run from it.
Who signs off
Facilities, health and safety, and — where fire suppression is involved — the authority having jurisdiction. Knowing this early is what protects a delivery date.

We quote per configuration rather than publish a list price, because six things move the number. Here they are, so you can scope a budget before you call.

Seven footprints, from the single-person FM SELFI to the FM TEAM. Size is the largest single factor.

Sensory world
Five printed interiors — Nature, Aqua, Space, Harmony and Balance. The choice is yours; the print run is not free.

Sensory features and options
Lighting, scent, sound, TouchPad and the sensory tool set — specified per room, not bundled.

Furniture and fit-out
Seating scaled to the age group, a fixed or height-adjustable worktop, soft or hard finishes.

Fire-safety configuration
Building-sprinkler connection or a stand-alone suppression system, depending on your jurisdiction.

Delivery, installation and training
Site distance, access, install labour, and the implementation training that comes with the pod.
Multi-unit and district-wide programmes are priced differently from a single pod. If you are scoping more than one room, say so in your first message — it changes the answer.
